Returns and Refunds
Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads)
All digital product sales are final. Because these items are delivered electronically, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Print Books (Physical Copies)
Print books may only be returned if they arrive defective or damaged. If your book arrives with printing errors, significant damage, or other defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will happily provide a replacement copy at no additional cost.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.
To request a return or replacement:
Please email manifestingbasics@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect. Once verified, we will process your replacement promptly.
Apparel & Accessories (Clothing, Hats, etc.)
We want you to love your items! Because each product is made-to-order, we can only accept returns in the following cases:
The item arrived defective, damaged, or misprinted.
The wrong item, size, or color was sent.
If you experience an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We will issue a replacement or exchange at no cost to you.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or normal wear and tear. Please check our size charts carefully before ordering.
